Jeffrey Kornreich, MD
Dr. Jeffrey Kornreich is our board certified physiatrist. A physiatrist is a physician who specializes in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Kornreich received his medical degree from SUNY Brooklyn – Downstate. He completed his residency training at NYU Medical Center – Rusk Institute, considered one of the top training programs in the country. He did further fellowship training in Spine/Sports Medicine.
Dr. Kornreich is a dedicated and caring physician who has expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopedic and neurologic injuries, balance deficits, arthritis and pain management. Dr. Kornreich plays a key role in the development and implementation of every patient’s therapy plan and treatment. In addition, he monitors each patient’s progress during therapy and is in ongoing communication with the rehabilitation team to optimize the clinical outcome. Dr. Kornreich also communicates with the referring or primary care physician regarding the diagnosis and treatment, and forwards the results of any diagnostic or x-ray tests that are ordered.
Anna Rochelle Escalona-Deolall, PT
Rochelle has over 20 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist. She earned her degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. Prior to joining our staff in 2004, she worked in various clinical settings including acute care hospital, nursing home, outpatient rehabilitation facilities and home care. She has experience treating a wide range of postoperative orthopedic conditions, as well as, neurological problems. Over the years since completing her formal education, Rochelle has completed multiple continuing education courses with a focus on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
She finds being able to improve a patient’s quality of life a truly rewarding experience. She has developed a reputation with our patients of giving them her undivided attention and concern.
